The clinic is nice and clean, and the staff are incredibly friendly. They provide advice that is truly best for the patient, even if that means advising against certain treatments. It’s comforting to know they prioritize your long-term satisfaction over a quick profit. I had the Lumi Eyes treatment. The results are still developing, but I've already noticed a subtle, gentle difference in my under-eye appearance. I think I look less tired! While the results aren't dramatic, I appreciate that this is a treatment that builds over time. I booked a blood test via website. On a day I was welcomed by receptionist Deval, who checked me in and explained the whole procedure. Then she politely invited me to consultation room and took a blood test. I was told in the past that my veins are not the best, so was preparing for worst. However, Deval got in straightforward without any problems and I didn't feel any pain or discomfort. The smoothest process ever! The Deval explained what happens regards results and I left happy. I have been coming here for the last 6 months for my laser hair removal and I have always had best customer service, they always do my appointments at my convenience, communicate efficiently and I have seen results almost instantly. I always enjoy & look forward to coming to my sessions due to Deval’s amazing hospitality and caring nature. She’s a GEM! I am extremely pleased with my time at Optimized body & mind in Luton. I had many questions about the work and the staff where extremely helpfull and thorough with their explanations. An amazing health clinic from which I have received outstanding service. They provide various treatments and services ranging from Covid Day 2 and Day 8 test kits and results to discovering vital vitamin and mineral deficiencies through blood tests. I had received my blood tests results within 48 hour to which I can only describe as the most informative health MOT I have received my whole life, enabling me to adjust my diet plan in order to be at my optimal state of health. The team are super-friendly, welcomed by receptionist Zainab and Dr Sadia to even having the Ops manager Shaz come in and ask your well-being. The Director’s personal heath journey was available online and inspired me to take the right steps to put my health first and make a change. I had gotten worried with all the comments, and I'm not invalidating anyones experience, but mine was a great experience. I travelled with 5 people who all used this company. We ordered day 2 tests, and it shipped out the day after for two people. When the other 3 didn't, I called the company and I got a response within 1 minute of calling them. They requested I email them, so I did and they got back to me instantly. When they got back to me, they told me they would send out the packages that day, and they did. We got our tests, sent them out the next day, and then they received them the day after we sent them. The same day that they received our tests, in the evening, we got results. We were able to use those results to go back to America as well, because it was a PCR and our 2nd day was also our 3rd day before leaving. This is a review of the PCR covid-19 testing service upon returning to the UK. It was the cheapest I could find close to me. After finalising the purchase they sent me the ref number that I should include in my passenger locator form with no delay. The instructions are straight forward. I went for the click and collect service so I collected my kit from their lab, did the test in my car and dropped the kit in the dedicated blue box outside the building around 1pm. The staff were brilliant and helpful and the results came out next morning. Very happy with the service. ~ Mohammed E

Attended the Fat dissolving injection… Recently attended the fat dissolve injection class taught by Dr. Mohammed Waqas, and it was an excellent learning experience.He demonstrated a solid understanding of the technique and provided clear instructions throughout the session.The hands-on practice under his guidance enhanced my understanding and confidence in performing fat dissolve injections. I've been in for 3 Lumi Eye Treatments so far, I can definitely see a difference in the hydration under eyes. My makeup doesn't dry out under my eyes anymore, the overall area is more even. The technician Deval is amazing. She's so sweet and encouraging, her hands are very gentle. I was super nervous for my first appointment and I had no reason to be all the staff were amazing and Deval made me feel so comfortable. I was definitely in safe hands with her. Wow!!! I can’t recommend Optimized highly enough. I booked myself in for vitamin injections, but I got so much more than that. Firstly the premises is immaculate and beautiful, the team are incredibly talented, knowledgeable and professional, and the treatments are incredible. I had the Biotin and Vitamin D injections, but also decided to start the PRP treatment program, which involves me coming back once a month for 6 months. I am very excited about my next visit!
